MERGER OF BRANCHES IN THE «WEINLAND» AREA

Raiffeisenbank Weinland is relocating its head office to the development in «Bad Kleinandelfingen». The project includes a basement with parking and ancillary rooms, a ground floor with a customer reception area and meeting and office rooms as well as a first and second floor with workplaces. Construction is scheduled to start in 2025. qiip is acting as project manager for the client.

SPECIAL FOCUS ON THE DESIGN OF THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT

It is not only the customer area on the ground floor that deserves special attention in the planning and design, but also the workplaces for employees. In several workshops with a specialist (WORK REBELS), the new office world was designed together with the employees, which is divided into different zones: flexible workplaces according to the «clean desk» principle, coworking zones for group work, sound proofed capsules for very concentrated work, meeting rooms, a work café with a work lounge, creative zones, focus rooms and a boardroom. The working environment is in an open space with appropriate acoustic measures, divided with lookers and service zones. The color scheme and the material concept also consider the well-being of the employees.
