qiip's project developments take into account the premises set by the client and complement them with smart solutions. This is mainly based on flexible options to meet changing needs in the future or to follow new trends. This can be done either with additional temporary structures or with a modular concept of the venue itself.

In a next phase, different scenarios for the present and future use of the venue and its infrastructure will be developed. This approach allows to minimize the operational and annual maintenance costs. Flexibility with pop-up solutions or the possibility of transformation to future needs should be thoughtfully reviewed from the beginning of the development. Oversized or underutilized venues pose a financial risk for an investor, a city, or an entire region or even country.
